Rehabilitative work activities
We support work and functional ability, and strengthen everyday life management skills to support employment.
Rehabilitative work activities are suitable for you who are unable to work or participate in employment services due to limitations in work or functional ability. In work activities, you can acquire the means and skills to improve your everyday life management and thus create opportunities for employment or studies. We will work together with you to make an individual service needs assessment and take your life situation and individual needs into consideration when planning the service.
The service may include individual and group activities, which take place in various operating environments. You always receive personal support and guidance. In rehabilitative work activities, you can test and strengthen your ability to work and function in a safe environment. During the service period, we will evaluate your progress towards your goals as well as your work and functional ability.
For each day of attendance, you will receive a small compensation in addition to unemployment benefits. You may also be eligible for a separate compensation for travel costs.
