Social rehabilitation

We strengthen social abilities and support interaction skills and everyday life management.

The goal of social rehabilitation is to enhance your social capabilities and active participation in everyday life. This service is suitable if you're seeking support in finding employment, improving personal skills, or expanding your social network. Together, we will create an individualized rehabilitation plan aligned with your personal objectives. Social rehabilitation is integrated with other social and health services as needed and can be provided through individual counseling or group activities. You will work with a dedicated social counselor who will support you in reaching your goals. Social rehabilitation groups are activity-based while also offering peer support and a safe space to share your experiences.

Conditions for receiving the Service

This service is for individuals aged 18 to 65 who are unemployed or currently outside the labor market-individuals who need support to find employment, strengthen their personal and functional abilities, and broaden their social connections. Commitment and active participation in the personalized rehabilitation plan are essential. Access to social rehabilitation is determined through a service needs assessment conducted together with a social services professional. This assessment will outline your goals, the support provided, the duration, and the specific content of the service.
The service is free of charge.
