Cleaning service

You may be entitled to receive cleaning services if your functional capacity has been declining for a long time and you are unable to purchase or otherwise arrange for cleaning services at your home. The cleaning service is a discretionary service intended for more economically disadvantaged people. As a rule, you must make the arrangements and pay for cleaning services. The cleaning service for maintaining the overall cleanliness of your home may include tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, floor washing, and cleaning the toilet. The cleaning service does not include thorough cleaning, washing windows or beating rugs. Cleaning services are available on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00. We mainly organise cleaning services with a service voucher, typically for two hours per month. The value of the cleaning voucher is determined by the gross income of your household. If you do not have access to a service voucher, we will organise the service as an outsourced service. Support services organised as outsourced services, including cleaning, laundry and clothes care and service assistance can be granted for a maximum of eight hours a month. Discretionary income limit: The maximum gross income for a single-person household is EUR 1,470 and for two-person households EUR 2,168 per month. For the purpose of the income declaration, we ask you to provide us with your most recent tax decision. The decision is not made solely on the basis of the client's income.
