Financial Clinic

We will work with you to find solutions to your small and big everyday financial issues. Your case can be related to themes such as the incurring of a debt, debt collection, debt recovery procedure or financial rebalancing. Our experts will help you find solutions.

Conversations with the Financial Clinic are confidential and you can even remain anonymous. You can access the help provided by the Financial Clinic by phone or in person. You do not need an appointment for our service.

The service is free of charge.

Espoo

You can visit the Financial Guidance walk-in service without an appointment. We serve at the Service Centre in Iso Omena, in the Aalto space, located at Suomenlahdentie 1, Espoo. The walk-in service and phone service alternate weekly. The walk-in service is open on Fridays during odd-numbered weeks from 10 AM to 2 PM.

In spring 2026 we serve:

  • January 16 and 30
  • February 13 and 27
  • March 13 and 27
  • April 10 and 24
  • May 8 and 22
  • June 5.

We can arrange interpretation in your native language if needed.

The service is provided in collaboration with: adult social work, financial and debt counselling, social lending, the Enforcement Authority, and Kela.

Iso Omena Service Centre

You can access the Financial Guidance phone service in Finnish and English. The phone service and walk-in service alternate weekly. The phone service is available on Fridays during even-numbered weeks from 10 AM to 2 PM.

In spring 2026 we serve:

  • January 23
  • February 6 and 20
  • March 6 and 20
  • April 17
  • May 15 and 29
  • June 12.

Lohja

The Financial Guidance service is available to residents of Lohja once a month, on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

In 2026 we will serve on:

  • January 13, February 10, March 10, April 14, May 12, and June 9
  • August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, and December 8.
