Laundry service for the elderly

Laundry services refer to assistance with laundry. If it is not possible to arrange laundry services in connection with regular home care visits in the customer's home or in the laundry room of the customer's housing company, the customer is referred to primarily use private laundry services. If necessary, the laundry services can be granted on the basis of a service needs assessment or the criteria for granting the services. If the laundry services include, for example, mangling, washing clothes manually or washing carpets and curtains, the customer is referred to contact their relatives or loved ones or private service providers in these situations. The services are subject to a customer fee.

Conditions for receiving the Service

Laundry services can be granted to you if you are a home care client and your home or housing company does not have adequate laundry facilities, and you are unable to take care of laundry outside your home on your own or with the help of your loved ones. We primarily direct you to purchase the services. The service is granted based on a service need assessment.

The service is subject to a charge.
