Work coaching for people with disabilities

We organise work activities at ordinary workplaces, for which incentive pay is paid.

Work coaching refers to work activities organised in an ordinary workplace. Work coaching supports social inclusion and active citizenship. The aim is to introduce the clients to working life, develop the requisite skills and provide coaching, build their work careers based on their interests and capabilities and provide individual support for life management. The work coach of the Disability Services provides support in the orientation process and work tasks. Incentive pay is paid for the work coaching activities. Employees in work coaching are not in an employment relationship with the employer.

Conditions for receiving the Service

Work coaching is suitable for persons with disabilities who are able to adhere to working hours, manage at their workplace with support and have independent mobility. Starting work coaching also requires finding a suitable job for the client.

The service is free of charge.
