The counselling service of adult social work is open to everyone and does not automatically lead to a customer relationship with the social services. Together, we will find ways to improve your life circumstances. We can help you, for example, with matters related to employment, studies, financial concerns or housing. Adult social work cooperates with other actors to find the most suitable services for you. You do not need an appointment to receive the counselling of social services. However, if necessary, an appointment can be arranged during the service needs assessment. Contacting the counselling services does not automatically lead to a customer relationship, and it is also possible to contact the services anonymously. Based on the client's needs, the counselling services of adult social work cooperate with other social services, primary health care, employment services and Kela.
