You can receive support from an expert by experience if you are concerned about, for example, financial matters, housing difficulties, addictions or other problems in your everyday life. An expert by experience can provide you with information and practical support for dealing with your problems. An expert by experience brings hope and courage to strive to move forward even in situations that feel hopeless. You can request an expert by experience to support you during meetings with professionals. If you wish, you can also meet with an expert by experience in private. You can tell your wishes and experiences regarding services to experts by experience who work in planning and development. The services of the experts by experience are free of charge and are intended for people aged 18 and over. You can book an appointment even if you are not a client of the health or social services. If you wish, you can bring a friend or family member with you to the appointment. Experts by experience have an employment contract and are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.

Conditions for receiving the Service

- The service is for adults who feel that they need the support of a person who has experience of using social services. - The service can be provided on a temporary basis. - Receiving the service does not require a client relationship with the social services.
