Communal housing for adults

We provide communal living for adults in need of daily help or guidance from our staff.

Communal housing is suitable for you if you need daily care, treatment, support or guidance from a professional. Communal housing supports your physical, mental and social functional abilities. Communal housing is primarily arranged in housing units, where you will have your own rented flat or room. Usually, living in the housing unit is based on a lease agreement and is made accessible, if necessary. The care, treatment, support or guidance included in the service is not available at night. Daily meals can be included in the service. A written service plan for your housing is made for you, in which goals for the housing service are set and the content of the service is agreed. You will be referred to the service through an assessment made by a social and healthcare professional.
