Each client is assigned a dedicated Hemma Assistant who takes care of the agreed visits. A familiar assistant brings continuity, safety, and routines that support well-being and improve quality of life.

During the consultation, we will review your needs together and agree on the practical arrangements so the service can start smoothly and in the way that suits you best.
The service can be purchased privately or with a service voucher. The private share is eligible for the household tax credit. No separate charges for mileage or other additional or invoicing fees. Billing is only based on the time spent with the customer.
