Resident Event: How Does Aging Change Us and What Does it Bring?

Where: Lohja, Sibelius Hall, Kirkkokatu 6, Entrance B.
As our guest speaker, we are pleased to welcome therapist and author Tommy Hellsten, who will talk about the power of human connection.
During the coffee hour (17:00–18:00), attendees will have the opportunity to meet with decision-makers from the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County, along with experts and representatives from various organizations.

Discovering the attention span of children and young people

Doctor of Psychology Mona Moisala, expert on the brain: Discovering the attention span of children and young people – Effects of moderation in the use of smart devices on the well-being of the brain and the entire family.
The event begins with coffee for residents from 17:00 to 18:00, when you are able to meet decision-makers and experts from the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County and representatives from organisations.
