Keeping decisions available

The minutes of the institutional organs and bodies shall be kept available after the inspection of the minutes in accordance with what the organ or body has decided upon the matter.

If the availability of the minutes coincides with public holidays, the availability is postponed until the next weekday. Under Section 145 of the Act on Wellbeing Services Counties, members of the wellbeing services county and the wellbeing services county participating in cooperation with wellbeing services counties and members of such wellbeing services counties are considered to have been notified of the decision seven days after the minutes have been made available on the wellbeing services county’s website.

Only personal data necessary for information shall be published in the minutes. Personal data contained in the minutes will be removed from the Internet at the end of the claim for revised decision or appeal period.

Office-holders’ final minutes shall be made available in accordance with Section 145 of the Act on Wellbeing Services Counties. The decisions of office-holders shall be available during the review request period, after which they will be removed from the Internet. Only personal data necessary for information shall be published in the decisions of office-holders. Appendices to decisions containing confidential information shall not be published.

Under Section 113 of the Act on Wellbeing Services Counties, wellbeing services counties’ announcements shall be made available by publishing them on the wellbeing services county’s website on the Internet, unless otherwise provided in the provisions on secrecy, and, if necessary, in another manner decided upon by the wellbeing services county.
