4. Purposes of processing personal data and the legal grounds for processing
Purposes of processing
The register processes and retains personal data related to fire hazard notifications received by the rescue department under Section 42 of the Rescue Act. Based on these notifications the rescue authorities will perform their supervisory duties as outlined in Section 78 of the Rescue Act.
Legal grounds for processing
Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

5. Data contents of the register
The register collects the following data: the address of the property at risk, the name, phone number, potential email address, and organization of the person making the notification. It also includes the name of the property owner, their phone number, potential email address, and any other relevant information provided by the notifier for supervision purposes. Additionally, the register stores further information obtained during the supervision process.
6. Regular disclosure of personal data
Personal data will not generally be disclosed or transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. Data retention periods
The collected data is retained for a period of 5 years following the receipt of the notification.
8. Sources of personal data
The data is sourced from individuals who file a notification under Section 42 of the Rescue Act, as well as from the client under supervision as the process unfolds.
