First preparation directors selected for Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county

The posts and roles will be filled temporarily for a fixed period until 31 December 2022.

The following people have been chosen for the posts of temporary preparation directors of Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county:

  • Staff: Kimmo Sarekoski and Ulla Palmroos will each manage the role for 40% of the total working time
  • Administration: Jarno Moisala
  • Rescue services and emergency medical services: Kimmo Markkanen
  • Support services: Pasi Ojaniemi
  • Communications and participation: Eliisa Anttila
  • ICT and digital services: Tommi Kuukka; in addition, Markus Lundell was appointed as a project manager.

 

The preparation directors are in charge of ensuring that the wellbeing services county begins operating safely and that it will be able to operate efficiently.

Another five preparation directors will be selected between October and November, and they will be responsible for finances; procurement; the services intended for children, young people and families; the services intended for adults; and the services intended for the elderly.
