Invitation to an information and discussion event for organisations 15 June 2022
Health care and social services organisations are important partners for the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County. We would like to invite local health care and social services organisations to an information and discussion event on Wednesday 15 June 2022 at 15.30–17.00. The event will be held via Teams.
The responsibility of organising the operations of the health care and social services of the cities and municipalities of Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, PTKY Karviainen (Karkkila-Vihti) (joint municipal board for Karkkila and Vihti), Raasepori and Siuntio as well as the Länsi-Uusimaa fire and rescue services will be transferred to the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County on 1 January 2023. However, the promotion of wellbeing and health primarily remains the responsibility of municipalities. Future cooperation between the Wellbeing Services County, the cities and municipalities of the region and the organisations that influence the region was prepared in 2021–2022.
At this event, the preparer for organisation matters in the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County as well as the representatives for Espoo and HyTe ry will report on the progress of the work to promote wellbeing and health and the preparation of organisational cooperation. We would also like to receive input from organisations on the preparation and participation.
