Survey on the development of feedback channels for health and social services in the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County

Participate in the development of services, the survey is open from May 30 to June 30, 2022

One of the key objectives of the health and social services reform is to increase customer-orientation, accessibility and equality in the service system. The objectives will be achieved by strengthening the equality in customer participation. 

Collecting customer feedback is one way to implement customer participation. It is known that in the region of Western Uusimaa the possibility of giving feedback varies between municipalities. Feedback can be given verbally in connection with customer and patient contacts, in retrospectively targeted surveys and feedback submitted via municipal websites. 

The aim of this survey is to find out about possibilities for customers and their closed ones to participate in the development of the safety of social and health services. The answers can be used when designing customer-oriented, accessible and convergent feedback channels for wellbeing services county to develop quality, customer and patient safety in social and health services and in rescue services. 

The survey is open 30.5-30.6.2022, we hope for answers as widely as possible from users of social and health services.
