Disruption in call-back services and voice message services starting from 17.00 on Thursday 25 May

Leaving call-back requests and cancelling appointments via voice message will not be possible starting from 17.00 on Thursday 25 May. The disruption will last until 01.00 into Friday.

Appointments can be cancelled via text message as usual.

The disruption is due to an update in the telephone system. We apologise for the inconvenience.
