The Child welfare officer services have adopted a centralised client counselling service.

The phone service for the Child welfare officers’ counselling and appointment booking is open Mon–Fri 10.00–11.00 at 029 151 3010 for all clients in Western Uusimaa. The harmonisation has meant the introduction of new information systems, which has led to the services being overburdened at the moment.
