Espoo patient information system will be down from 2 to 4 February

A downtime has been planned for Espoo patient information system in the weekend from 2 to 4 February 2024. The interruption will affect residents’ electronic health services and may slow down customer service.

Due to an update to the patient information system, electronic booking and preliminary information forms for all health services, such as child health clinics, dental care and health stations, will be unavailable from Friday 2 February, 9 pm, to 4 February 2024, 8 pm.

There will be a downtime in the renewal of prescriptions between Friday 2 February, 9 pm, and Saturday 3 February 2024, 4 pm (estimate).  The booking feature of the Omaolo service will also be disabled from Friday 2 February, 9 pm, to Monday, 6 am.

Using the updated system in customer work may slow down services during the first working days after the downtime.
