Strikes May Cause Potential Transport Service Disruptions on on 1st and 2nd February 2024

Planned strikes on Thursday, 1 February 2024, and Friday, 2 February 2024, may affect transportation services covered by the Social Welfare Act and the Disability Services Act as well as group and individual transports.

The transport service Espoon Kulkukeskus has notified us that the 1 February 2024 strike could lead to temporary customer service delays. There may also be difficulties in arranging transport.

We advise clients to book their transport in advance.

Regarding group transport in Espoo, FixuTaxi Oy has informed us that the strike on 2 February 2024 will probably not affect the delivery of their transport services. However, Taksikuljetukset Harri Vuolle Oy has said that the strike on 2 February 2024 may affect their group transport services in Espoo. Taksikuljetukset Harri Vuolle Oy strives to inform all affected clients as soon as possible about any transport service disruptions caused by the strikes.

For other areas, we currently have no updates from service providers about the strikes impact on transport services.
