Important information about transport service and disability services customer service

The County Board has referred the new operating guidelines for Mobility Support Services back for further review. As a result, we continue to operate under the previous guidelines.

Regarding shared rides: if you have requested the right to solo transportation or left a call-back request with the Disability Services about this, your request will be processed and you will be contacted only once the County Board has approved the new guidelines.

All service clients will be notified by mail before the new guidelines take effect.
