Service providers for home cleaning services needed in Western Uusimaa

Provision of cleaning services under section 19 of the Social Welfare Act with a home cleaning service voucher will be extended to the western parts of the wellbeing services county.
The home cleaning service voucher, already in use in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, will gradually be introduced from 1 June 2024 in all municipalities of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County.

Service vouchers offer an alternative to the services directly provided or outsourced by the wellbeing services county. The wellbeing services county determines the voucher’s value and certifies service providers eligible for voucher payments. The use of service vouchers is based on the Act on Service Vouchers for Social Welfare and Health Care.

We request home cleaning services providers to send their applications as soon as possible for approval in the PSOP system at parastapalvelua.fi(external link).

The Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County reviews all applications with supporting documents and grants approvals to service providers for the system where orders and invoicing of outsourced services are processed.
