Invoicing Fees Effective from 24 June 2024
Starting 24 June 2024, the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County will implement a €3 fee for paper invoices. The invoicing fee will not apply to electronic invoices.
Individual clients can switch to electronic invoicing through their online bank accounts after receiving their first paper invoice. Following the change, the first invoice will be issued without an invoicing fee.
Detailed information about electronic invoicing and its features can be obtained from your bank. The paper invoice fee is being introduced to cover the high costs of sending paper invoices. Additionally, electronic invoicing is more environmentally friendly and ensures timely receipt for clients.

We encourage Western Uusimaa residents to opt for electronic invoicing. However, paper invoices will still be available for those who prefer them.
