Updates to Disability Services Customer Service
To enhance accessibility and provide a consistent experience for all Western Uusimaa residents, we are updating our Disability Services customer service contact information.
You will still receive customer service in Finnish and Swedish, and when necessary, in English.
Introducing a New Email Address
Starting from 14 October, the municipality-specific email addresses for our customer services will be discontinued. They will be replaced with a single, common email address: vammaispalvelut@luvn.fi. Moving forwards, you can use this address regardless of your municipality of residence.
Standardized Phone Hours
Later this autumn, we will also standardize our phone service hours across municipalities. We will provide detailed information on the new schedule as soon as the technical arrangements are complete. The phone number for our customer service will remain the same: 029 1512 425.
