Client invoices for substitute informal care and family care are based on entries in the care journal

Disability Services and Elderly Services: invoices for substitute informal care and family care are calculated monthly based on care days recorded in the Oima service. These invoices are sent directly to the client receiving care.
To ensure accurate invoicing, substitute informal caregivers and family caregivers must verify that all entries in the Oima care journal are accurate, as client fees are determined by these entries.

We encourage clients to switch to e-invoices, as they are fast and easy to use. The first paper invoice will be issued without the additional paper invoice fee. After receiving the first paper invoice, clients can choose to opt for e-invoices, which are delivered electronically to their online bank.
