Additional fees for paper invoices suspended until further notice

In October, we introduced an additional 3-euro fee for non-electronic invoices. However, we have decided to stop collecting this fee from 20 November 2024 until further notice.

If you have already paid an invoice with the additional fee, we will automatically refund what you have been charged—no need to submit a separate request. That said, you are recommended to provide your bank account number through the Sarastia online service(external link), or by filling out a notification form and mailing it to: Sarastia Oy, PL 34, 00531 HELSINKI.

We still encourage clients to choose electronic invoicing (e-invoice or direct payment). This way, you will receive your bills faster and help us reduce our environmental footprint.
