Have you failed to claim your reward?

If you work in the Wellbeing Services County, for example as a volunteer support person or support family caregiver, apply for rewards for the period from January to April 2025 now.

Do the following:

1. mark the care days in the Oima system
2. send the report to LUVN. 

The care day entries and the report must be in LUVN by 15.05.2025, so that we can pay the rewards on 30.5.2025 in an extra payment.

In support relationship activities for families with children, we will introduce the possibility to submit reports through Oima as of June. We will soon send out relevant instructions to support persons and families. Please submit any allowance claims related to these activities no later than on 5 May.
