Renovated Espoonlahti Health Centre will open its doors on 14 May

Espoonlahti Health Centre will return from its temporary facilities on Matinkatu street to Merikansantie in Espoonlahti on Wednesday 14 May 2025. The temporary health centre and patient office on Matinkatu will be open for the last time on Thursday 8 May 2025.

During the move, we will serve our customers on the phone and via Lunna. Urgent appointments will take place at Kivenlahti Health Centre at the address Meriusva 3.

The Espoonlahti patient office will be open 10.00–14.00 from Wednesday 14 May to Friday 16 May. Moving forward, the patient office of Espoonlahti Health Centre will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.00–14.00.

In connection with the move, the operations of Kivenlahti Health Centre will also move to Espoonlahti Health Centre. The health centre at the address Meriusva 3 will open for the last time on Tuesday 13 May 2025. The patient office of Kivenlahti Health Centre will be available 8.15–12.00 from Friday 9 May to Tuesday 13 May.

From Wednesday 14 May onwards, the professionals from Kivenlahti will be available at the Merikansantie address. The address Meriusva 3 will not have health centre services after 14 May.

We ask that you always contact us before coming to the health centre. Contacting us before arriving is especially important during the move so that we can direct you to the right place. You can contact us via the Lunna digital clinic on weekdays 8.00–16.00. You can also send a non-urgent messages around the clock. We respond to non-urgent messages within three working days.

If you wish to contact us by phone, please make a call request with your health centre by calling +358 9 476 36400, available on weekdays 8.00–15.30. Your phone number will be saved in our system, and we will call you back.

Moving to Espoonlahti Health Centre and launching operations in the new facilities takes much effort from our professionals. We will do our best to minimise the impact, but the changes will inevitably lead to limitations in our operations. Thank you in advance for your understanding! The upcoming holiday season will also have an impact on our operations. We will prioritise urgent contacts and postpone some non-urgent operations until the autumn.

All existing customers of Matinkatu Health Centre and Kivenlahti Health Centre will be transferred to Espoonlahti Health Centre. The change will take place automatically. You do not need to contact us regarding the change.

However, if you wish to select a location other than Espoonlahti Health Centre as your health centre, you must notify us of the change of service according to the instructions on our website. Changing health centres is possible once a year.

In addition to primary healthcare, Espoonlahti Health Centre also offers physiotherapy services, mental health and substance abuse services, and HUS diagnostics services.

Physiotherapy appointments and group activities will begin at Espoonlahti Health Centre on Wednesday 14 May. The services offered at the address Friisinkalliontie 10 D will be open for the last time on Friday 9 May. You can book a physiotherapy appointment digitally at luvn.terveytesi.fi. If you wish to use the phone service, the centralised booking of the rehabilitation services is available at +358 29 151 2710 Monday–Thursday 8.00–14.00 and Friday 8.00–13.00. You can also send a non-urgent message to physiotherapy services via Lunna.

Mental health and substance abuse services for young people and adults will be launched in Espoonlahti on 14 May 2025. You can find more detailed instructions on how to apply for the services on our website.

The HUS laboratory will open in Espoonlahti on Monday 2 June 2025. The laboratory will start operating in stages. The local testing services that were available in Kivenlahti during the health centre renovations will cease, and they will be open for the last time on Friday 9 May 2025. The Espoonlahti X-ray facilities will open at the health centre later in June.
