Join us to learn about baby sleep and matters related to falling asleep. You will receive practical tips on how to help your child achieve better sleep. There will also be time for questions and discussions.

Join us to learn about baby sleep and matters related to good sleep and falling asleep.

The guidance will be organised as a group session in Teams, so please note that your name/nickname will be visible to other participants. The guidance session cannot be recorded for information security reasons. Each group session is carried out with the same content in Finnish. The group is intended for parents of babies aged 6–12 months.

Join us to learn about matters related to the sleep and sleeping of young children (aged 1–6).

The session will provide you with information and practical tips to help you guide your child toward better sleep. There will also be time for discussion and you can ask questions.
