Karjalohja and Sammatti health stations to end their services on 31 March 2026 and Pusula Health Station transformed into an essential-service health station on 1 April 2026
The health stations in Karjalohja and Sammatti offer services until the end of March 2026, after which they are closed down. Pusula Health Station will continue as an essential-service health station as of 1 April 2026. The changes are driven by the expiration of a contract with a private service provider and the decisions by the wellbeing services county to shape its future service network.
In coming months, we will provide further information on healthcare services offered to residents of Karjalohja and Sammatti and the start of operations at the station in Pusula.
