In MyKanta, you can view the data that the professional handling your case has saved in the Kanta services. The data is displayed in the same format in which it was recorded by the professional.

You can see it in the section Social services data:

  • information that has been recorded about you when you interacted with social services (decisions, assessments and plans, etc.)
  • information about the start of your client relationship
  • contact details for your designated social worker

What should I do if there is an error in my data?

If you find any gaps or errors in your data, contact the social services professional handling your case. They make the necessary corrections to the data in their own client information system, from where they are updated in MyKanta. Kela’s Kanta services only act as the technical implementation of the system and do not change the client data recorded.
