Service interruption in digital health services on Saturday 18 April
A planned service interruption will take place in the patient information system of Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County on Saturday 18 April 2026. The interruption will affect residents’ digital health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi and may cause slower customer service.
Due to an update to the patient information system, the digital health services at luvn.terveytesi.fi(external link) will be unavailable on Saturday 18 April 2026. The interruption affects, for example, electronic appointment booking and pre‑information forms for maternity and child health clinics, dental care and health stations, as well as the ordering of self‑care supplies.
In Lunna, the interruption will appear as disruptions in the display of personal appointments and health information.
The service interruption applies to digital services for residents of all municipalities in Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County, excluding Hanko, and to all oral healthcare services within LUVN.
