Tell us how your visit to the health station went
We want to develop our health stations together with our customers. In a survey conducted by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), you can give feedback on your visit and tell us how we did.
In the survey, we ask how your visit to the health station went. Did you receive help for your issue? Were you listened to? Were the instructions you received clear and easy to understand?
You will receive a link to the survey via text message after your visit to the health station. Not all customers receive a link by text message. You can respond to the survey within two weeks of your visit. The survey is open from 4 to 24 May 2026.
You can also respond to the survey at the health station
You can respond to the survey even without a text message link by filling in a paper questionnaire at the health station.
Answering the survey takes about 10 minutes. The responses are processed anonymously and confidentially.
The survey is conducted in cooperation with the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). Your feedback helps us improve the services at our health stations.
