Join us to learn about sleep and falling asleep. In the groups, you will receive practical tips on how to help your child achieve better sleep. There will also be time for questions and discussions.

Baby sleep

In Finnish

  • Wed 2 Sep, 9:00–10:30

In Swedish

  • Wed 9 Sep, 10:00–11:30

Join us to learn about baby sleep and matters related to good sleep and falling asleep. The group is intended for parents of babies aged 6–18 months. All sessions cover the same content.

The guidance will be conducted as group meetings on Teams, so please note that your name/nickname will be visible to other participants. The guidance session cannot be recorded for information security reasons.

Join us to learn about matters related to the sleep and sleeping of young children (aged 18 months to 6 years).

The session will provide you with information and practical tips to help you guide your child toward better sleep. There will also be time for discussion, and you can ask questions. All sessions cover the same content.
