The disruption is over. Following the fix, some clients may have received dozens of text messages at once containing verification codes or notifications about unread messages in Lunna.

Lunna has been experiencing technical disruptions since Wednesday afternoon, 15 July. During the disruptions, clients have not received the automated text messages sent by the service.  

Some automated text messages that were not sent during the disruptions may still be delivered to recipients afterwards. As a result, clients who have used Lunna may receive several text messages within a short period of time.

We are investigating the situation together with the service provider.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the disruptions.
