Service interruption in electronic healthcare services on 3–4 October 2026

Due to an update of the patient information system, the electronic healthcare services at luvn.terveytesi.fi will be unavailable between 9:00 p.m. on 3 October 2026 and 2:30 a.m. on 4 October 2026. The interruption affects, for example, online appointment booking and pre-information forms for maternity and child health clinics, dental care and health stations, as well as the ordering of self-care supplies.

The update will also cause an interruption in the display of personal appointment and health information and in making appointments through Lunna.
