Service interruption in digital forms on 13–14 October 2026
There will be temporary service interruptions in the forms available through the Wellbeing Services County of West Uusimaa Form Service due to planned updates. The updates only affect forms in the Form Service. Digital forms available in Lunna will continue to function normally and are not affected by the interruptions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
On Tuesday, 13 October 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all digital forms in the Form Service will be temporarily unavailable due to a planned update. The only exception is the feedback form, which will remain available during the interruption.
On Wednesday, 14 October 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the update will affect the feedback form, which will be unavailable during that time. All other digital forms in the Form Service will function normally on Wednesday.
After the service interruption
All forms will be available for normal use again once the updates have been completed.
