In the MyKanta online service, you can now also view information recorded about you when using social welfare services. Until now, you have been able to use MyKanta to view information related to your health and wellbeing.

Social services data from the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County have gradually become available in MyKanta since spring 2026.

You can view the following social welfare information in MyKanta:

  • social welfare documents concerning you, such as decisions, service needs assessments and plans
  • your case worker’s contact details.

The Social services client data section is displayed even if you are not a client of social welfare services. In this case, the section will state that no information is available. Information recorded in different services, such as disability services, services for older people and services for families with children, is grouped under separate headings.
