Improved Service Access
During our first operational year in 2023, we successfully improved access to our services across the entire Wellbeing Services County. For instance, outpatient healthcare access, in accordance with the maximum waiting time guarantee, saw a 12% improvement compared to the previous year. Furthermore, we reduced the number of individuals waiting for housing services by 33%.
We also achieved a 61% reduction in transfer delay days (clients awaiting care placement) compared to 2022. 76 % of our home care employees would recommend us as an employer, surpassing the Wellbeing Services County median of 69 %. In our student welfare services, we increased our staff by hiring 13 additional psychologists and social workers since early 2023.
