Remote daytime activities are organised in groups with a maximum of 5 clients at a time. The duration of a group session is one hour and the group meets once a week. There are group sessions in both Finnish and Swedish.
- In remote groups, we practice muscle strength required in everyday life and conduct different exercises, such as seated workout.
- We practice memory and thinking functions through different assignments and quizzes.
- Remote daytime activities bring your friends to the comfort of your own home, and you can discuss current topics with other group members.
Social and healthcare professionals are involved in the planning of the programme of remote group sessions.
In remote daytime activities, you will set personal goals and methods to achieve these goals. If you choose to participate in a period of remote daytime activities, your functional capacity will be assessed and you will have the opportunity to give feedback on the activities.
