Health advice centre Linkki
We help you prevent and treat infections and communicable illnesses caused by intravenous injections.
We provide information and support for people who use drugs intravenously and their families. You can come directly to the service point during its opening hours. You do not need a referral or an appointment. Our service is anonymous and based on mutual trust.
We provide conversational therapy, service advice, and health and social guidance. We also offer you help with problems related to housing or livelihood, as well as treatment for basic diseases and other symptoms.
If you wish, we will provide you with information on various substance abuse treatments and treatment places, as well as how to apply for them. In addition, you will have access to prevention and treatment for infections caused by injections, skin symptoms, sexually transmitted diseases or other medical problems.
Our goal is to help you take care of your own health and reduce the harm caused by your substance abuse by providing testing, monitoring and treatment of infectious diseases, as well as clean injection equipment.

You can directly seek health advice services during the service centre’s opening hours. At the health advice service centre, you must act in such a way that you do not compromise the safety and health of otherclients and the personnel.
Leppävaara Espoo
- The services of the Linkki Leppävaara health advice centre are intended for persons who use intravenous drugs and their families.
- At Linkki Leppävaara, you can also get tested for communicable and sexually transmitted illnesses (e.g. Hepatitis C and HIV), receive vaccinations for Hepatitis A and B, influenza and tetanus as well as treat small wounds. You can consult a doctor at Linkki on even-week Wednesdays 12.30-13.30. In Linkki Leppävaara you can meet with an expert by experience.

Nummela Vihti
