The helpline is open Mon–Fri 12:00–18:00. The call is free of charge, and you can call anonymously. Gamblers, people close to them, and professionals can call the helpline. Peluuri’s chat is open Mon, Wed and Fri 12:00–15:00. Omapeluuri(external link) also offers peer support. Peluuri offers its services in Finnish, Swedish and English.

The peer support groups are intended for people with a gambling problem and those close to them. In a peer support group, you can discuss your situation in confidence with others who know what you are going through, and you will get tips on how to handle the issue and how to reduce or stop gambling.
