We are available on weekdays, Monday to Friday at 08:00-16:00.

Our telephone service is open 09:00-12:00. During these hours, we aim to answer calls directly. If all social services counsellors are busy, you can either remain in the queue or leave a callback request. We use telephone interpreting when necessary.
