You can call our service numbers and leave a callback request throughout our service hours at 08:00-16:00. Our telephone service is open 09:00-12:00. During these hours, we aim to answer calls directly. If all social services counsellors are busy, you can either remain in the queue or leave a callback request. We use telephone interpreting when necessary.

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated.
The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.

The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
The doors in the customer service point are hard to perceive.
The waiting room of the customer service point has no queue number system. The waiting room has chairs.
