Our services are suitable for you when outpatient services or assisted housing are not sufficient to support your housing. The service includes an apartment for which you enter into a lease with the service provider. The service provides help and support for you as needed, for including:
- monitoring your health
– living free of substance abuse or reducing substance use
- implementation of pharmacotherapy
- monitoring your mental condition
- seeing to your personal hygiene
- nutrition or food preparation
- maintaining a daily rhythm
- management of your finances
- acting in interactive situations
- independent decision-making
- using services provided by authorities
- for mobility outside your home.

The service includes day or group activities. The personnel are present at the housing unit every day between 7:00 and 21:00, and they have special expertise in mental health and substance abuse disorders. The aim of the service is to maintain and promote your functional capacity and to help you with rehabilitation, so you can transfer to a form of housing with less support. Communal housing is voluntary, but requires that you want to accept the service and to act in accordance with your service plan. We will regularly assess your service needs with you. The service is for a fixed period.
