We will offer you guidance and advice on social services, applying for benefits or allowances and related issues by phone or in person without an appointment.

You can receive counselling if
- you have faced a sudden crisis (e.g. eviction, divorce or financial troubles)
- you need advice on social security and social services
- you need advice on benefits and allowances
- you are struggling with a drug or gambling addiction
- you are struggling with mental health problems
- you are in debt
- you need advice on housing
- you need help with education, rehabilitation or employment.

Social counselling is a low-threshold service that offers you guidance and advice at an early stage, which may prevent situations from escalating and the need for long-term social services. We will assess your situation and refer you to the right services as necessary.
