Ice skating fields are available to city residents free of charge, depending on the weather conditions. You can skate on the ice skating fields when the temperatures have been below freezing for long enough and the ice has had time to freeze. Bring your skates and a hot beverage in a thermos, and head out to skate on your own or with a larger group.
