Mental health and substance abuse services for adults are intended for all residents of the wellbeing services county. We can provide you with guidance and advice, an assessment of your treatment needs and treatment planned in cooperation with you according to your needs. You can come to our service without a referral.
The goal of mental health and substance abuse services is to increase mental well-being, strengthen mental health and control substance use, and reduce the harm caused by mental health problems and addiction. Our goal is also to improve our clients’ everyday ability to function at work, in studies and in relationships.
Our service also includes preventive mental health and substance abuse work. We carry out preventive work in cooperation with our clients, organisations and other professionals. Preventive work includes, for example, various groups and events that support mental well-being.
