The mental health and substance abuse services for young people can provide you with guidance and advice, assessment and treatment.
You can contact us about issues such as life management, mood, substance abuse and life crises. You can come to our service without a referral.
We will always plan the treatment together with you and, with your permission, invite your guardian or other people important to you to contribute to the planning. Your treatment may include individual or group sessions, family meetings or meetings with other people important to you. If necessary, we can also book you a doctor’s appointment to start medication or direct you to further treatment. We will plan treatment periods in cooperation with you and they will be of the length agreed with you.
Our service is voluntary for you and it is based on mutual trust. If necessary, we cooperate with other services, such as student welfare and family centre services. We always agree on cooperation with you and carry it out with your permission.
