Hemma’s physiotherapy service supports functional ability, mobility, and wellbeing directly in the client’s own home. The service is always tailored to personal goals and daily needs. During a free assessment visit, a licensed physiotherapist evaluates the situation, listens to the client’s wishes, and creates a clear, individual care plan. Physiotherapy is also available as a remote appointment when suitable for the client.

Physiotherapy may include:
• exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• guidance to reduce fear of falling and support safe mobility
• pain management and therapeutic body care
• therapeutic exercises to support daily activities
• home environment safety assessment
• assessment and guidance on assistive devices
• guidance for family members or caregivers
• rehabilitation after hospital stays or surgery

All visits are carried out by a named, licensed physiotherapist. The service is delivered calmly, professionally, and with full respect for the client’s abilities and goals. The aim is to improve independence, support rehabilitation, and strengthen wellbeing at home.
Contact Hemma’s customer service by phone or leave a contact request via our website. We will get back to you no later than the next business day and arrange a free assessment visit. During the assessment, the physiotherapist reviews your needs and plans the most suitable care approach with you.

Physiotherapy can be purchased privately. The service may be provided without VAT if the criteria are met based on a professional assessment, and the privately paid portion is eligible for a household tax deduction according to the Finnish Tax Administration’s guidelines.
